LIVIARA.COM TERMS OF SALE & RETURN POLICY

These Terms of Sale apply to any purchase made through the Website available at www.liviara.com (the “Website”). By placing an order on the Website, you (1) agree to this Terms of Sale & Return Policy on behalf of yourself and on behalf of the company for which you are making a purchase (each a “Customer”), and (2) represent to Liviara, LLC (“Liviara”) that you have the authority to bind such company to these terms and to place the order.
All amounts payable hereunder must be made in U.S. dollars. Unless Liviara has approved credit terms with a Customer, payment for the purchase price and all taxes and shipping charges, as applicable, is required at the time of order via credit card, debit card or by other means that we may permit from time-to-time. If payment is made by a credit card or debit card and Liviara does not receive payment from the applicable card issuer or its agents, Customer agrees to pay all amounts due immediately upon demand in guaranteed funds.
If Liviara has approved credit terms with Customer, and Customer does not pay for a purchase at the time of purchase, payment for the purchase price and all taxes and shipping charges shall be in accordance with the approved credit terms. Customer agrees to pay interest on any amounts past due at the rate of 18% per annum or the highest rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. Customer also agrees to pay all of Liviara’s costs and expenses of collection of any past due amounts, including attorneys’ fees and expenses.
We accept the following forms of payment:

The sale of products may include sales tax, if applicable. Purchases not subject to sales tax may be subject to use tax and customers may be required to file use tax returns and pay use tax based on their state of residence. You shall promptly pay, and indemnify Liviara again, all taxes and duties assessed in connection with any purchase made via the Website.
Please note: Customers placing international orders will be subject to paying VAT, duty and taxes separate of shipping costs.
Due to the speed of our order processing and shipping system, we cannot make any changes to or cancel your order after it has been placed. We apologize for this inconvenience. In the event that your purchase from us does not meet your expectations, Liviara accepts returns of unused items as explained below.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and elegance. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange in accordance with the following terms. For products purchased from other online retailers and/or boutiques, please contact the appropriate third party for their refund policy.
For both returns and exchanges, ensure items are in unworn condition with all garment tags intact. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of hosiery items if their package has been opened or any bottoms that have been tried on with direct skin contact. Accordingly, please try bottoms on over your own undergarments if you have hesitations about style or fit.
Returns: With the exception of sale merchandise, you may return your garment(s) for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. All sales of sale merchandise are final. After your return shipment has been received and inspected at our warehouse, allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed onto your original form of payment. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges: You may, within 30 days of shipment, exchange your purchase for a different size or color of that particular item. If your chosen size or color is not in stock, we will be unable to process your exchange and will contact you regarding a refund. If you are interested in an alternate product or lingerie style, contact our Concierge Service for additional assistance. All exchanges will be re-delivered to you for free.
