All orders are shipped using FedEx as the primary shipping carrier. Currently, we provide FedEx Home Delivery, Ground, 2 Day and Overnight services; however, contact our Concierge Service for further assistance with all time sensitive circumstances. Please note that orders do not require a signature upon delivery.
The following transit times are estimates based on FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground services.
- For orders in the continental United States, allow 3-5 business days.
- For orders to Alaska / Hawaii, allow 5-10 business days.
- For international orders, allow up to 10 business days.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once an order is fulfilled, a shipment tracking number will be sent to the email address specified during the checkout process. For delivery updates, please visit FedEx.com and enter tracking information in the Track by Tracking Number section.
We value your privacy and order confidentiality. Expect your purchase to arrive in our signature deep purple LIVIARA box within an unassuming white outer box. We cannot guarantee packaging discretion from other online retailers and/or boutiques.
Due to the speed of our order processing and shipping system, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has been placed. Any purchase may be returned through our flexible Return Policy.
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars during the time of purchase. We accept the following forms of payment: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. If, for any reason, your payment is denied, your order will not be fulfilled as normal.
Please note we currently collect sales tax for both Missouri and California. All international orders will be subject to paying VAT, duty, and taxes, if applicable, separate of shipping costs.
